How much could i improve in my times?

I'm currently a sophomore in high school and I started running durign indoor track. I currently run a 5:01 mile, 2:18 800m, and 11:18 3200m (could be better now). I am currently doing my coaches summer training plan which could give me about 3 50 miles by the end of summer(so far ive done 50). This plan consists of long runs ranging from 5 to 12 miles, and a few track workouts and races. If i follow this workout plan and really work hard in the summer, what do you think my 5k time could be by xc season?(aiming for sub 18) and my mile time by the end of outdoor next year?(aiming for sub 4:40), same with the 800?(aiming for sub 2:08)

i have similar times to yours 4:53 1600, 10:31 3200, and a 17:55 on a 5k xc course. This year im shooting for 17:15 and am planning to run 400+ miles this summer, so i believe you will get under 18 depending on the xc course. My coach told me good xc workouts are 400m he told me they are scientifically proven to help with leg speed and the long xc runs. My schedule also has hills workouts or races so do at least 400s and hills per week. This in turn might help you for your 800m time. My 800 needs some work like yours so if train over the summer and do all your workouts i believe you can easily shave off that 800 and 5k time. Remember you got to be committed to doing this, no whining or wussing out on workouts.
