How much would you be willing to pay for a Chihuahua puppy?

I want to get a idea how much to ask for Chihuahua pups.
They are 10 weeks and have their first set of shots and a health check.
No papers and are tiny and cream/tan colored.
Parents on site.
Please no answers on how you wouldn't pay squat for a Chihuahua or about breeding.
I was thinking $150 and absolutely no shipping.
And I am not trying to sell on here, just curious what people would pay.

I paid 85.00 for mine off of craig's list and he came w/papers..the people bought him and 4 weeks later had a family emergency and had to move to florida into a place that has a no dog policy. They paid 250.00 for him..the reciept was in with his papers.. It's expensive to breed puppies my in-laws did and barely broke even after all the shots and vet checks. It's really a personal desicion depending on how much you spent.
