Can I change my glasses frame?
So last Saturday, I went for my eye test and picked a frame. Unfortunately it wasn't the frame that I like because it was my mom who chose it. She said it looks better on me however I like another designer frame. My question is, can I contact specsavers and tell them that I want my glasses frame changed? Its been like 3 days now since I picked them. The glass have not arrive yet so is there still time?
If there isn't then will they how much will they charge me if I tell them that I want my chosen glass frame to be changed? It's the designer glass by the way.
The glass frame that my mom chose for me btw is a designer frame. I wanted a different designer frame though ;(
If they haven't cut the lenses yet, you should have no problem changing your frame. You must contact them ASAP if you're serious.
Any costs would be the difference in frame price(that is, if they didn't cut the lenses yet).
