What CISPA Could Mean for Start-ups (and You) (inc)

The proposed bill aims to fight cyber attacks by giving the government access
to customer data. But at what cost?

If you recall, SOPA and PIPA were squashed just a few months ago thanks to
privacy groups, technology companies, and Internet users who made a fuss over
worries that the proposed legislation would usher forth a new era of Internet
censorship. Now an equally maligned bill, the Cyber Intelligence Sharing and
Protection Act (CISPA), has passed in the House of Representatives and will be
taken up by the Senate in May. ****

What is CISPA?

If eventually made into law, CISPA would amend the National Security Act of
1947 and provide a way for the business sector and the government to share
information so as to combat, investigate, and prosecute cyber attacks; protect
people from threats of death or injury; and protect minors from harm and
protect national security.

All commendable pursuits, right?

The problem, however, is the bill's wording would allow companies to step
around long-held laws that protect the privacy of Internet users. Currently if
the government suspects someone of a crime it needs to go to a judge and get a

Power/Starting problems with '00 Volkswagen Polo Saloon?

My 00 VW Polo Saloon 1.4L Petrol is having problems starting when the engine is warm. It starts ok usually when cold but if i have been driving it and then go to restart it often takes 4-5 attempts to turn it over.

Also another problem has developed recently: when i have been driving for a few mins the engine losses power the RPM drop. Gearing down or opening the throttle has no effect! Clutching can cause the engine to stall. This lasts about 30sec to 1min. then it is fine again and the revs come back up and i can drive fine.

any suggestions of whats going on.

(It seems like it could be pressure bleed/vapour lock or EM problem/bad temp. sensor maybe....)

Could be an Ecu problem.I think you need to book it in for an egine diagnostic check in your local engine tunning garage.
