Some of the other popular trains that connect Bangalore and Mysore are Tippu Express (12614), Chamundi Express (16216), Kaveri Express (16222), Mayiladuturai-Mysore Express (16231), Tuticorin-Mysore Express (16731) and Yeshwantpur-Mysore Express (16503) and take around three hours.A more expensive option is to fly from Bangalore to Mysore. There is a Chennai to Mysore flight via Bangalore.
