I don't know the answer to that, but I doubt it. Indeed, there is little reason to use clip links with replacement chains, with a rivet tool available for about $20.

I have nothing against clip links, which are reliable if properly installed with a press, But a riveted link is pretty much foolproof, and quicker to install.
