Simple Fish Recipe: Honey-Mustard Fish with Roasting Asparagus (Women's Health Magazine)

2 Tablespoons of Dijon mustard

1 Tablespoons of low-sodium soy sauce

4 fish fillets (6 oz each)

1 lb asparagus, trimmed

2 Tablespoons of essential olive oil, divided

1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan

**Steps to make it:**

1. Pre-heat the oven to 400°F. Mix butter and brown sugar inside a bowl

microwave until they've melted together, about thirty seconds. Stir in mustard,

soy sauce, and honey.

2. Toss asparagus with 1 tablespoon from the oil, the Parmesan, and salt and

pepper. Put the stalks inside a baking dish and roast until they are al dente,

about ten to twelve minutes.

3. Meanwhile, warmth remaining oil within an ovenproof skillet over high warmth.

Season fish fillets with pepper and salt, then increase the pan, flesh side

lower. Prepare until browned on one for reds, three or four minutes. Switch the fillets, brush

on half the honey mustard, and put the pan within the oven. Bake until seafood is

firm and flakes easily (before whitened solids start to form at first glance),
