The faux purse market in San Francisco Chinatown--similar to New York's?

I know they sell fake designer handbags in SF's Chinatown, too, but do they have the same fun method as NYC where you are oh-so-inconspicuosly guided to a back ally where you are then led through a series of doors inside a buiding back to a tiny little room overflowing w/ purses? Or is it mainly just stuff on the streets?

No in SF they have a ton of little stores in Chinatown where you can get purses. But personally, I think that Chinatowns in SF is more expensive than New York. But that was last summer when I was like 13... But Chinatown had a better selection.
