Need some ideas for a farewell party.?

In my school, the juniors have to plan a farewell party for the seniors. The party is in early Feb. We've decided on a rodeo/western theme. What kind of games can we play, what music can we play and what kind of mementoes can we give the seniors? Also what food should we serve?
We're also planning to have a bonfire... what shapes would be suitable for our theme?

there are a lot of things you can do with this idea. Make the gym into a sort of hoe-down with hay bales, do square dancing (if you all want to put that much work into it) or just play country music to dance to.

Food choices, hotdgos, beans, chipds, vegetable platters with dip, BBQ chicken or ribs, home-made icecream (can make it right there). Games such as horse shoe toss, races with two persons tied togehter in one leg (two legged race), hopping in burlap bags races. Have a kissing booth to pay $1 for each kiss and make a drawing on who wins the total pot of earned kiss money. Momentos could be lots of cool things. say a twist of raffia tied together with ribbons of the class colors.
