Not sure what you're getting at, and I don't know why you think the culture of this area is 'Celtic'. It hasn't been Celtic since the Romans came.Sure, the Galicians are jumping on the music bandwagon - any musical similarity is more likely due to the British presence during the Peninsular War than to ancient Celtic heritage.
