yeah i'm in 9th grade...I really don't think they have a right to say this I mean hello ever seen my supersweet 16 this isn't didley squat really.

You know, sweetie, there are an awful lot of kids and teens out there in this country who don't even have a roof over their heads or a place to put their heads at night when they sleep, and here you are asking why people think you are "privileged" as you call it. I don't think you are privileged- just spoiled and immature. NO ONE I know likes a bragger and a show off, and that's what you are acting like right now. Instead of being so selfish and bragging about what you got for Christmas, why don't you try spending part of a day working at a homeless shelter or a shelter for battered women and their children. That will teach you the meaning of "privilege"- and what it's like to survive on a couple of dollars a day, sometimes not even that. If you were in a situation like that, I doubt you'd last more than a few minutes at the most- yet there are plenty of teens for which this is all they know.

Get off your high horse and GROW UP SOME, and while you are at it, how about apologizing to the rest of us for being such a snot ? Enough said.
