Lately, an anti-bullying video went around the Cartoon Network. Within the video,

kids were instructed to not call others hurtful names like "stupid," "body fat" and

"jerk." Throughout a Q & Followers a screening from the film, Health insurance and Human

Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius was requested her advice to kids being

cajolled, which advice incorporated telling the bully under consideration to "stop it,

you are as being a jerk." _Huh?_
